When placing an order, please specify your:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Company
  • For each delivery, the destination, type of service (rush/same day/return), number and types of packages.
Place an Order
You can Place an Order for up to five destinations at a time. If you are unsure of which type of transport or service you require for each delivery, leave the fields blank. Our drivers will assist you in filling out a way bill at the time of pick-up.

For the destination addresses (To:), only the city is required for this online form, however you can fill in the full address if available.

Maximum Liability $1.50 per lb. unless declared valuation given. If value is declared, amounts over $200,00 are insured at a rate of 50c per $100.00 of declared value. The carrier shall not be liable for any special consequential or other damages caused by delay, misdelivery or failure to deliver.
